About the artist:

Adam J. Kurtz (aka Adam JK) is a New York / Hawaii based designer, artist, and speaker whose illustrative work is rooted in honesty, humour and a little darkness. His books have been translated into over a dozen languages. Kurtz speaks frankly about channeling human emotion into our art, and generally just trying to be more okay with whatever we've got.

(Little bit of extra sweet information if you don't follow Adam JK, his work was formative to the founding of See Someone. A talk he gave in Adelaide kept us going when we were still figuring it all out and his gentle bluntness is often the firm hug we all need if you want a new page to follow)
